Sketchbook Journey: USA Arizona-Day1 Grand Canyon National Park

Do I really need to tell you how amazing the Grand Canyon? :)
It is completely breathtaking and awesome. I always wanted to see the canyon and when I finally got the chance I must say that it exceeded the expectations that pictures and film had set. 
Definitely a must see. It was a bit of rain when we visited, but not for long. When it stopped, we just got the best views with clouds and rainbows.
This is one of those places where you realize how little you in this huge world! Beautiful!

New York-New York Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. Just go enjoy the Strip, say you've done it!!Be prepared to walk a lot!

 After reading all the negative reviews I was worried that we were going to have an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We only stayed at New York New-York for 1 night, but have visited the casino and attractions there many times previously. Our room was pretty standard but you don't go to Vegas to spend your time in your room anyway. The view was breathtaking we saw MGM Grand, Excalibur, Tropicana and M&Ms world all lit up.
The location of the hotel was great too as it was right in the middle of the strip.

The Venetian Las Vegas

My husband and I wanted to stay in this hotel and it completely exceeded our expectations.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious. 

The casino is beautiful and when walking around, you truly feel that you are in Venice Italy. 

The canal area is very nice with great Italian music playing and the casino was the cleanest and most smoke-free that we found.

There are many free shows and attractions; you just have to look for them.

I always wanted to see the canyon and when I finally got the chance I must say that it exceeded the expectations that pictures and film had set. Impossible to do justice to this place in words; it is just too spectacular. It is completely breathtaking and awesome. We will be back to further explore this amazing and beautiful place.

You really need to visit every hotel on the Strip even just a quick look in they are all so amazing.

I absolutely adore this movie.I have to admit, I am a bit worried about getting this painting right. 
Sometimes you start a painting and you think that it will be difficult to get it right, then you work on it, and it turns out, it wasn't so hard. Then there are the paintings that you think will be pretty easy and it turns out that it is no where close to that. It’s Much Harder Than I Thought

2. Black cats always look regal, sophisticated, shiny and sleek.
3. You can give them exotic names like Panther,Shadow.
4. They’ll impress your houseguests. Dirt is camouflaged so they always look clean and they’ll never look out of sync with any home décor.
5. You won’t need to spend a penny on a Halloween costume. Boo!
6. Black cats are terrific at playing a competitive game of hide and seek.
